[ENHANCEMENT] Implement working Variables Types for POLYMOD_STRICT_SYNTAX [BIG BREAKING CHANGE] - #558

and remove lemz1's implementation, cool but outdated prolly

This pr will make polymod properly initialize types for variables, methods, classes and etc

Now type declaratin will matter

class ModClass1
{
  public function new() {}
}

class ModClass2
{
  public function new() {}
}

class Example
{
  public function test():Void
  {
    var object:ModClass1 = new ModClass2(); // will give typing errror
  }
}

This shit has hit development hell, i couldnt drop it lmao
